Refund & Return Policy

1. Custom Printed Products

All products printed with your uploaded design are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.

2. Pre-Designed Products

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original condition.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging.
• Shipping charges for returns are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

3. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during transit
• Has a printing defect (misprinted, wrong colour, blurry)
• Incorrect item delivered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.

4. Order Cancellations

• Before printing begins: Full cancellation and refund possible. Contact us immediately after placing the order.
• After printing begins: Cancellations are not possible as the item has already been customised for you.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

6. How to Raise a Refund Request

Email us at hello@kukuprints.com with your Order ID and a description of the issue. Attach photos if the item is defective.
