1. Services

Kuku Prints provides custom printing services on physical products including T-shirts, mugs, hoodies, phone cases, and stationery. We offer both pre-designed products and fully custom prints based on designs uploaded by customers.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to create an account or place orders.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Intellectual Property & Uploaded Content

• You confirm that you own or have the legal right to use any design, image, or artwork you upload to our platform.
• You grant Kuku Prints a limited licence to use your uploaded designs solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
• We reserve the right to reject orders containing offensive, illegal, or copyright-infringing content.
• All branding, logos, and design elements of the Kuku Prints website remain the intellectual property of Kuku Prints.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable GST.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation apply to that order.
• Currently, orders are fulfilled on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Production time for custom products is 2–4 business days. Delivery timelines are 5–7 business days from dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our site or services to:

• Upload or print content that is obscene, defamatory, illegal, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape or attack our website.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kuku Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
